Last updated: 7 September 2026

Property decisions are personal. When you share your details with Prorev Homes, you are trusting us with information about your money, your plans and your family. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over it.

1. Who we are

Prorev Homes is a real estate advisory and brokerage business registered and operating in Lagos, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Address: 2A Olaide Tomori Street, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
Email: hello@prorevhomes.com
Phone: 07070694837

2. Information we collect

We only ask for what we need to advise you properly. That usually means:

  • Your name, phone number and email address when you enquire about a property or request a consultation.
  • The content of messages you send us, including WhatsApp, email and enquiry forms.
  • Details about what you are looking for, such as budget range, preferred locations, timelines and whether you are buying, renting or investing.
  • Your email address if you subscribe to updates from our desk.
  • Documents you choose to share with us during a transaction, such as identification or proof of funds, where a vendor, developer or lawyer requires them.
  • Basic technical information from your visit to this website, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring site.

We do not ask for your bank passwords, card details or one time codes. Nobody from Prorev Homes will ever request them.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • To send you property options that match what you told us you want.
  • To arrange inspections, viewings and meetings.
  • To progress a transaction you have asked us to handle, including due diligence and documentation.
  • To send occasional updates about new listings and the Lagos market, where you asked to hear from us.
  • To improve how this website works and understand which pages are useful.
  • To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

4. Our basis for using it

We rely on your consent when you contact us or subscribe, on the need to take steps at your request before and during a transaction, on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business responsibly, and on legal obligations where the law requires us to keep records.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade contact lists. We share your details only where it is necessary, and only as much as is necessary:

  • Lawyers, surveyors and other professionals involved in a transaction you have instructed.
  • Regulators, courts or law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose information.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry and consultation records are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you return to us. Records tied to a completed transaction are kept for as long as required by Nigerian tax, accounting and anti money laundering rules. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Cookies and website analytics

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure traffic in aggregate. We use this to see which pages and articles are useful, not to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then behave differently.

8. How we protect your information

We limit access to client information to the people who need it to do their work, use reputable providers for our email, storage and website hosting, and keep transaction documents in restricted locations. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to be careful: confirm account details with us by phone before sending money, and treat any message that pressures you to pay quickly as suspect.

9. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete information we no longer need to keep.
  • Stop sending you marketing messages.
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Email hello@prorevhomes.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

10. Nigerian data protection

We handle personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). If you believe we have mishandled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.

12. Changes to this policy

As our services grow, this policy may change. When it does, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
